Are these speeds really low ?

Could be lowered a little as you're running the OS off it, but they're in the right ballpark

That is a bit lower than it should be but since you have and 890gx chipset motherboard that is normal. Those controllers can"t use maximum out of hyperX. Board for a sandybridge or a bulldozer would score more but real life its not important
