Well I would also say that pretty high clocks for an APU. But seeing as the official slide says 35-95 watt chips, I'd suspect this is probably a 95watt SKU

I suppose one of these with more cores and better GPU will end up powering Playstation 5 & Xbox Next in 2 or 3 years...

No, those consoles use heavily modified chips. It could use the Zen core, but it would still be a modified architecture to suit there needs. The Scorpio uses some features of the Vega architecture already, but it isn't a Vega GPU.
