ZeniMax has been awarded $500 million after their lawsuit with Oculus, with Oculus co-founder Palmer Luckey being found to have violated this Non-disclosure agreement with the company.

I think that's a pretty reasonable result. Now Occulus/FB can appeal or remove the code or try to get a licence agreement from ZeniMax. NDA's are a real thing. If you work for the company your work is the companies...

Not that it will encourage them to sue any one else, like.

Mind you if they won they probably had a point. Maybe that is why the Rift has been dipping below £400 lately.
