It,s been about 2 months and the overclocker issue 12 has arrived.

It was all going so well until I got to the part where the Revo was reviewed.

Nowhere was it mentioned that it doesn't offer any kind of TRIM or garbage collection as the RAID controller sitting in the way of the SSD units refuses to let the TRIM commands pass.

As thus there were no performance graphs to show how quickly these drives degrade and how much performance is lost. In a recent review I read (where it scored a 4) the performance had dropped by 30% after two hours of running Crystal and ATTO. You also can not flash the firmware of the Sandforce controllers meaning that if TRIM is ever implemented onto the die then this will be the only SSD on the earth that you couldn't flash.

I noticed the price was listed in dollars. No surprise there really. Every review I have seen of this drive in the USA say it's awesome and every one I have seen here says it's bumplops. And, I know who tells the facts and who I would sooner believe.
