Honestly not bad especially at the price points but as I've said before the biggest thing holding Intel back will be the software side. Drivers, features, in game stability. If they can't hit those 3 marks it won't really matter how good the hardware is.

I've not had any game stability issues with the 770. The main issue I had was with Displayport continually dropping out. Switched to HDMI problem gone.

This could be a winner imo.

I reckon it also means the bigger cards are much better this time around. Hence they can release the slower ones first.

The prices are fair but being honest here I'm not so sure there are any higher end ones myself B770 B780 do they even exist now are they too close to other stronger offerings at a price Intel can't stomach I'm doubtful.

In fairness they are behind true but at this point they are making progress it was always going to be slow.

Thou also in fairness ark was released in 2022 so almost 3 years to put out something that was somewhat decided on.

So do i expect the higher end nope not really and do i expect celestial well maybe in several years time.

The issue they have is many things but the need a rabbit out of the hat at some stage in all areas otherwise they will keep bleeding slowly it's a real shame cause they are much needed in the market.

They are not behind anything. Price wise they are as good as, or better than their peers. The down side is dodgy drivers etc. However, as I said, the main issue I had with mine was not the drivers it was obviously a bug in the arch. IE, when you connected via DP the monitor would continually drop out. Not when gaming, mind. This was not just an issue for desktop ARC but also laptops. I clearly remember Warchild was it? mentioning something about the laptops at work doing it also.

Gaming wise? mine is rock solid and I have no complaints really at all.

This aims to compete with the 4060 and 7600. The latter of which it will batter in RT and anything heavier. So at £250 it is all win.

What they are clearly trying to attempt is a coup, like AMD did with the 470 and 480. And had AMD remained on that path they would have gotten somewhere, instead of ditching it and making Vega. I mean ffs what was going through their heads?

These are the cards people buy. It's a plain fact. And with AMD and Nvidia being so greedy at this tier these could well be the go to cards for gamers.

Yea if all they want is the low end fine but in terms of everything they are a gen behind by the time they release the card they currently match will have moved on a generation the drivers are the issue but it will be resolved but celestial nah I'm doubtful it will happen i can see them going straight into laptops from now on as like it or not intel are in trouble and remember i brought an intel laptop cause it was on sale and cheap since when did intel ever like cheap nah they got big problems.

To be honest, being a gen behind is not as big of a deal any more. People are still buying older gen cards because they are just as good in many instances.

It's essentially an out of stock low priced 3060 with 12gb of ram and that's not a bad thing but good luck finding one.

This card will do nothing to the market as it's sold at a loss and lets be honest can intel afford to lose more.

Reality is it's a kinda okay card but by January when maybe there is stock it's 2 generations old aint no one wanting to make it sell it including intel.

So nvidia and amd remain as per normal i can only hope amd actually put up or keep shut cause honestly if the 8800xt or xtx or whatever they go with is above £600 well I'd be more inclined to get a 7900xtx if it was at £600.

Tbh i don't see myself intrested until 9k series atm unless i go back too nvidia and with prices due too rise that isn't happening.

Amd they will slot in like normal i feel but if the new card isn't sub £600 then there is nothing to look forward too in the gpu market for a year or two when either udna is sorted or intel somehow bring out celestial and idk being honest cause it could be it's coming sooner or it could be it's a long way off.

Real shame cause for that price for the general user it's a good card but outside of reviews i don't see it.

Plus find it highly odd that they all super positive but there they had issues of course solvable but there the general it's great sure it's great and no where to be seen.

Cause many would benefit from a card at this price.

Thou will amd come in hard well maybe lower than normal but certainly not at a loss.

Nvidia must be loving this they going to gouge the hell out of the market.

But there without nvidia doing well and stock being vastly overpriced on the markets the whole market would crash and that is fact.

So be as it may it doesn't matter atm to me but February time ive concerns and it's got nothing to do with gpus.
