    I'm more inclined to think they just simply don't have enough engineering manpower to go around and make do with what's already been done. I understand custom orders they are essentially just fulfilling the request but in their own products they have been half stepping for I think a decade...

    I'm more concerned about why AMD baby steps everything for years now. All these X.5 instead of just the full next release. They have the money now.

    I think the most impressive specification here is 160W tdp for essentially a 10 core Ryzen and roughly a 9070 class card. That's some impressive power advances(rdna5) considering a 9070(rdna4) consumes over 300watts under load
