http://www.gpsoft.com.au/ Dunno if you guys remember Opus from the Amiga days but they're still around and going strong. The new version (9) works brilliantly with Vista and can be deployed to a USB stick too. One of the best apps you can buy for Windows and makes explorer look plain retarded...
