z97 itx what to go for ?

as the title says

im looking to update my rig ive got a z77 asrock itx and a 3570k cpu
ive been looking about but not sure what to go for ?

im only thinking of updateing as all the z77 boards and 1155 k cpu,s are still holding good money and ill be ready for what comes after devil,s canyon

im looking to spend about 140 tops on a board

what do you guys think would be good

Depends on what you're using it for, but if you want the best/ most feature rich motherboard that you can get for the budget you should probably have a look at the Maximus VII Impact or Z97i (Gaming) AC boards.

lol no I wish it did tho I did fit two 240mm rads in a phenom if I dident put carbon vinyl on my case I could call it the tardis

As an MSI fan, I'd go for this MSI Z97I Gaming, although you can't go wrong with Feronix's Maximus VII Impact suggestion either

go with whatever board you like the look of. Unless you have an excellent cooling config you won't be overdoing it on the overclocking side of things.

lol@ edge that's ok mate I have two kids sleep what's that lol

ill have a look at the msi never used one of there boards before I've mostly gone with rog stuff the msi looks not bad at all and the cpu is close to the 16x slot so that would help wen I start pluming it all in to my loop nice
