YouTube adds support for HDR video to the platform

YouTube has today announced that their video platform now supports HDR content, allowing videos to support a more realistic range of colours and contrast.

Well if its as badly compressed and looks as poor as their HD videos, I wouldn't judge HDR via Youtube. ..not at all.
