Your Overclocks

The x800 cards overclock really well. On stock 1.5V, I've gotten a pro to 550/570 and ran 3dmark successfully. Wasn't stable though so I'll probably raise the voltage when I do more stuff with it.

in my 9600XT i could get the 540/708 from 500/600 original.

But i founded people that get core clock to 580. i will try to force some more, then i will post here

If you have temp problems, you should grab a vga silencer.

On my X600 Pro I got 480/350 on my stock cooler from 400/290

THat's pretty good. Once I get the time I'll probably do some real ocing to get my card to the 600/600 level.

I had a VGA silencer Rev.3 and some Aluminium ramsinks (4, 1 per two chips). It was all toasty.

Anyone here play with their card's BIOS in greater depth? A few adjustments can get the memory to run faster. Once I reattatch the surface mounted resistor I chipped off the PCB and (*prays*) get it working, I'll explore clocking it further... thing is you get to a point where you're not really gaining in performance any more.
