Hi there I have an xbox one controller and wireless adapter that I use for playing some games on the computer. Yesterday however it stopped working, I was in the middle of a game and I ALT+TAB out of the game for a few minutes and then my controller batteries died, once I replaced the batteries with new ones and went back into the game the controller won't connect to the wirelss adapter. I have tried re-installing the drivers multiple times to different USB ports, I cannot connect my controller via USB and the USB jack on the controller is broken even though I have tried to use a different USB cable to try power it but no luck. Just wondering is anyone else has ever had this problem and got a fix for it ?
