Xbone wireless controller driver

Anyone know where I can find this for Windows 7

Ive found the driver for the wired version but I cant find one for the wireless dongle?

I always get an error about not using the latest Internet Explorer (use chrome) I clickt he other browsers and it takes me somewhere entirely different
