Now torn between the X1600 and a 6600GT for my MCE HTPC. Avivo looks great, but I'm still worried that ATI are rubbish at producing the 1366 resolution I need for my LCD

Well I don't think HD outputs at that level at all mate, but the card should be ok

I'm not sure I understand ? I know that isn't a HD res., but I want the PC to be running at that resolution to match the native res. of my TV. I've spent a lot of time fiddling with Powerstrip on an X800XT because ATI's drivers don't allow the res. I need, while the Nvidia cards are apparently more flexible on this issue ?

ATI have released a decent new program that may resolve this but I output at 1920 x 1200 so I cannot comment I'm afraid
