yes u can uninstall i love the new GUI of it i prefer it , hmm i didnt manage to get the hang of the library funciton in the 10 it was easier even i either used winamp of creative media sorce

It definitely looks sexier than WMP 10, but I think I'll wait until it's officially released.

I got it as I don't use WMP much anyway. Looks very slick actually

I had no problems with it last night. Although I only use WMP to watch episodes of Family Guy and Desperate Housewives.

If you use it in skin mode, you will not notice any difference from WMP 10 except when it is full screen and you move the mouse for the controls to come up - they look a lot nicer now.

I think I will have to wait even though it does sound and look nice. I had so many problems with vista on my second comp that I am not trusting anything with the words "beta" and "microsoft" together again.

I think Microsoft Beta versions have a lot more testing before they are released.

Lots of people who download this (and Windows Defender Beta 2) will not understand what a beta version actually is, and will just assume it's a full release. Microsoft will want to protect their name by not having too many people comlpain of bugs who don't realise that's the whole point of a beta.

I'm not saying it will be perfect, just that it will be more stable than most Beta releases.

Its not too bad actually. I don't use it a whole lot so I just downloaded it and gave it a go. Can't comlain so far but like I said I won't be using it intensly

ive just dloaded it as u guys seem to have no troubles i guess i might as well try it

all i use wmp for is movies that i download....winamp pro ftw!11:worship:
