wireshark issues

hiya am trying to monitor my network, but i can only see the traffic coming from my pc nothing else :s has anyone got any suggestions what it could be?

P.s am pretty new to networking, but am trying to get into it so go easy on me

Are you trying to monitor via wireless or wired?

well i can monitor wired computers but my wireless i can't, i enabled promiscuous mode still nothing but i have noticed that my mon mode is disabled, could it be this what causing the issue? if so how do i turn it on

As far as I know monitor mode is not supported in Windows but I don't think that is the problem because monitor will capture all packets from all wifi networks it sees and you need just yours.
If you can't see anything when promiscuous is enabled it means it's impossible with that wifi card, on Windows at least.
