Yea, a while back I saw a news thread somewhere about logitech or someone making a wireless 5.1 set. It also stated that this is not a new concept. I was wondering what models you guys may know of for wireless setups... and fully wireless if possible... I hate wires... also if there are any problems I should know about with such setups. Thanks

These are thought to have possible interference problems with your various other wireless stuff, unless you set them up properley :)

thats the one i think... sadly I feel lied to... thats only half wireless... with the odd setup of my room I am attempting to get full wireless... I'm still trying to find a way to cut down the clutter from my PC, TV, Stereo, and FTA box... I have a cheap DuraBrand(yes walmarts inhouse brand) 5.1 but the wires... god they were ugly strung across my whitewalls... now my walls ar eblack I couldnt live with that.... but at that price... I'm gonna have to find a crackhead to pick one up for me or make do with my zalman headphones...

to kempez815 - you mean like IR and infrared stuff right.. because the only wireless I have atm is my wifi 802.11b... I'm assuming that wireless speakers wouldnt be bothered by those... i'm sure i know what you mean but just in case i dont.. thats why i ask

The biggest problem with wireless speakers are keeping the batteries fresh in the satellites... I hate batteries, and replacing them, with a friggin passion.

One day wireless DC current will be perfected and we can all sing and dance with cordless happiness!

until then... god invented rechargeable batteries... they are expensive.. but they beat regulars... also the 99cent store sells batteries that dont last as long as they should... but at the price... they last long enough... 99c for 4 AAs...

after looking around it would appear that wireless 5.1 is a thing of the future... but not today.... even the logitech is only wireless for the rear speakers.... I want something FULLY wireless damnit...

i guess thats all right though because i cant really use a real 5.1... my dual 220cfm 120mm Delta fans are too loud for anything but headphones anyway... god i need to get quieter fans...

I have some uber phat sony studio monitors but they don't reproduce for crap in games... I should invest in some new headphones.
