Either way. UWT4 though does a lot more than that. Especially for W10 it can disable a lot of the "privacy" issues people complain about. But if you don't want 10 then either method works

It comes down to on how much you want to get your hands dirty either doing it manually or automatic with a program.

I'm talking more from a Windows 7/8.1 view not Windows 10 it might be easier to use a program on Windows 10.

UWT4 works on W7/8/8.1. It still has mostly the same features.. just check the box for yes and don't for no.. pretty self explanatory

There is more than just 3 KB updates that you can remove.
