WIN7 64bit

Been running Win7 along time now but I now get Taskeng popup appear black screen and last for a split second, not sure why its now appearing but will reappear occasionally. I have looked online to resolve this problem and checked Task Scheduler but cant find whats the cause.

Do the usual: system restore back to a date before it started happening, if that doesn't work run SFC /scannow from an administrator command prompt, if that doesn't work then reinstall Windows.
