Will Medusa's work with Creative 7.1 speakers?

Will Medusa's work with and x-fi music and creative gigaworks s750 7.1 speakers?

This is for my friend,

He plugs the speakers into the sound card as normal for a 5.1 setup, but the 3 leads split into 4 when they go into the back on his amp for the speakers (Front, Rear, Sub&Center, and Side). So how would these 4 leads connect to the medusa amp?

you have sub/rear/front cable supplied with the amp coming from the PC into the Med amp, then he would plug the 3 pin end of his 3to4 pin cable in the OUT sockets of the amp, creating a throughput. The headsets plug into the front of the amp via a special plug and have no effect on the throughput
