A good quality (non slim) tripple should handle that setup fine, something like the thermochill ta120.3, xspc rx360 or phobya g-changer 360 would be ideal.
They are all within a 1-2C of each other regardless of the fan speed at around around 300w heat load so i guess its personal preference as to what brand you get.
