Which one of these laptops is better?

So I'm going to buy a new laptop this week and I've narrowed it down to two laptops. I'm going to post a link and open a poll to see which one you guys think is the best.

The asus link was broken, google fixed it for me though.. weird

Depending on configuration of i5 or i7 either laptop will be better. But Both run HD4000 graphics and 1366x768 resolution so gaming won't make a difference. However the Samsung seems to use a non "U" Intel cpu meaning its not an ultra low volt cpu so battery life will be worse compared to the asus.
