Which Microphone ?

So my Blue Yeti has just developed some seriously horrible static, Tried all the usual, Swapping out cables, Testing on different rigs, Using USB hubs etc... but the loud static is still there and audio drops in and out constantly.

As I bought it from Amazon according to their customer service on this item, They do not offer returns etc... so I have to ship it off to the manufacturer.

As I actually do need a mic for work can anyone recommend me a good one, Budget of £100, Clean looks would be a bonus

If you're serious about audio quality, and are recording voice in a reasonably quiet enviroment I would suggest going with an AT2020 + Behringer PS400, along with an XLR - 3.5mm cable. Cheapest way to get a proper condenser mic up and running.

Failing that, I've heard good things about the Samson c03u, could be right up your alley

If you can order from Monoprice, the large diaphragm mic is pretty good for the price.

Don't know how much they are where you are Dice but the Audio Technica At20-20 mic should be good for you

I run one, JR runs the same, Barnsley runs the mini version, Tripp runs my old Samson, and im pretty sure i've recommended it to EVERYONE!
