The ASUS or Gigabyte gets my vote, but preference to ASUS. The MSI overclocking that you saw is in fact reliant on using MSI drivers exclusively, for which they are notoriously slow at releasing. You'd be better off buying the ASUS and overclocking it with coolbits or rivatuner, or getting the MSI if that's what you want and just use the regular Nvidia drivers. I have the choice between ASUS, GYGABYTE and MSI, the MSI comes with an overclocking feature that sounds pretty cool! They cost the same, so I wonder if there is a big difference between the 3?
