Yeah, kinda forgot about including that info didn't I?...
Well it will mostly be used for surfing webs, writing documents, photoshopping etc... but I still want it to be able to handle games lile BF3, BF4 etc without any major issues.
As my old 6950, can handle both well at 60fps at 1080p, will be played at 1080p, not any higher than that I think.
There's NO way a 750ti could handle battlefield 4 on ultra settings and be above 40fps.
The 960 could give you around 50-60 fps on average in bf4
I think that specifically in battlefield 3 and 4 a 280x would do better. So if you don't mind getting a 280x. I would recommending going down that way. The 280x must be cheaper than a 960 where you live. [Or a GTX 780 if you can find one]
Unless you don't plan on playing at ultra settings so the 960 will handle almost everything you throw at it just fine. Plus when it comes to photoshop CUDA>OPENCL although you wouldn't really notice the difference if you are doing heavy tasks.
Don't know how much more demanding Battlefield 4 is as opposed to 3, but my 670 and 760 both do/did 80FPS on Ultra in Battlefield 3, I reckon the 960 should not have that much trouble with Battlefield 4?
But if you're willing to bump the settings down a little you'll be fine with a 750 Ti tbh.

How much then you recon?, as I usually just play on High, as I don't see any difference between high and ultra. So better to save fps rather than going ultra imo.

If you look at the bottom of the graph on the 960 review, you'll also see several 750 Tis that reached up to 47 FPS with an overclock, rather than the 35 the reference model did at stock clocks.
If you're getting a 750 Ti heat output would be so low that you can probably overclock it a fair bit, even in the Elite 110.
