I have an Asus p5n-e-sli motherboard with one 8800gtx. I wanted to put in a second card but I am informed that the ide controllers get in the way. Also I read that with the Asus p5n32 sli board that the sata connectors get in the way. Is anybody using one of these boards with 2*8800gtx? If not what board are you using?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I put it in my sig but it didn't show up.

Nice system, like my old one..

I used the striker extreme board, you can get them on ebay for about £50.. Im not sure what problem you are having with yours but if it cant be solved may be worth getting that board to tye you over.

I went from your board to a Striker Extreme because of the OCing extras. Was brilliant but eventually I moved up to Striker II Extreme.

I have 2x 8800GTX in SLi and can't complain having the highest CSS stress test score on UKCS. Both are good boards but the II is a bit more friendly.

It looks a good board but £149.00 on Ebay!

You're welcome. ;)

A few of the members on the other forums I frequent on are using it and speak quite highly of it.
