Where do you buy and sell your stuff?

Hey guys, I was wondering if you are doing some business with second hand merchandise online like if you wanted to sell your older computer stuff when upgrading...

Not very much interresting to buy here in Iceland second hand.

Me and my friend were thinking why there wasn't any sales thread here and ebay does not really interrest me unless I need some shitty crap

where can i get valuations? i can't find my gpu's on ebay so can't tell how much they sell for

could i start a thread in fs&w saying something like "offers above £300"? or do you need a definite price

You should list a definite price including postage.

Well what tends to happen is people put an item up for say, £150. Then if no one takes it they tend to reduce the price until someone does.

I sold my 460 for £70 and in Iceland computer items are way more expensive. A new one costs around £105 here so

Ive seen second hand 570s and even the odd 580 go for in the region of £150 so if you can get those for the same money then you will never shift 460s at that price.

I mean mine was used for a little more then 6 months and I never play games and sold it for £70 and I think that's a good deal

to get the most interest, place your goods on fleabay as AUCTION with a RESERVE

you will most likely get MORE MONEY when a few people fight over your wares, in a bidding war.

if, at the end of the auctioning time, the items have not reached your reserve price, you can pull out OR contact the highest bidder.

you will also save some of the fleabay costs too, as if you SELL ("BUY NOW") your goods at a specific asking price, fleabay will charge you an arm and a leg.
