What's the best place to try and grab a rtx3070ti for £650 budget?

I know there is probably no best place and I missed the competition but I've been given some money to build my first gaming pc in a really really long time. My gpu budget is £650 but ocuk has prices so inflated it scares me and everywhere else is out of stock.

So my question is where is the best place to look for cards to come into stock at reasonable prices??

Second hand market only. You need to be really lucky to get one for that price. That said, i think there was some promotion on this very website that can give you the chance to buy one at retail price (un inflated)

I've looked on eBay and the prices for an rtx 3070ti are astounding with people asking £900+ for an fe model card that retails for £529.

Typical that I finally get gifted some cash for a gaming rig and the market is I'm shambles
