What SSD to get?

Hey everyone,

I've received emails telling me the following drives are on sale so I figured it's time to get one they are:

Kingston 120GB V+200 - £69.99

Mushkin Chronos 120GB (non deluxe)- £74.99

I was wondering what people thought I looked at a few reviews and their Crystal disk mark scores but they seemed to vary a lot so I need some advice.

i would go with the Kingston it's the better one out of the two, imo

Yeah I would have to say the same, I was going to get the Kingston myself but then found that I would get screwed over in delivery costs

They are very close as far as performance is concerned. the Mushkin Chronos is just slightly faster. Tough choice, but I would go with Mushkin.

I revise my statement. the Kingston is slightly faster. Go with the Kingston SSD it is faster and less expensive

You wouldn't physically notice the difference between them anyway you are talking fractions of a second difference here and there. Unless you are transferring a lot of files all the time where the big differences are I doubt anyone would tell the difference between any of the latest 60-120gb SSDs if you stuck them in different PCs and didn't tell people which was which.

Either of the drives would have been fine.
