What should i get first?

Hi all, i have about 260 Pounds, and i am either going to spend it on a graphics card and power supply when i get enough for the power supply ( graphics card is gtx 660 ti evga, 230 pounds) (power supply i haven't decided on yet but its over 60 pounds)
or
should i buy the peripherals first, which are a razer blackwidow 2012 ultimate (130 pounds) mouse razer imperator (50 pounds) and speakers are microlabs solo 6c's (70 pounds)

before you decide though, i don mind waiting for the graphics card, but the keyboard is going out of stock as it isn't being made any more and so it could be out of stock soon, but then i may have to wait another 6 months maybe before i get the graphics card, i am willing to buy things in different orders, but i need to buy a power supply for my graphics card as the one i have now will not cut it safely.
i already have a mouse and keyboard and speakers, its just that the keyboard could go out of stock, but if i buy it then i may have to wait a while to get graphics card.

any advice would be appreciated, but if you give advice could you please give reasoning to why buying it in a certain order.
sorry for any spelling/ grammar mistakes
thanks for the help to everyone that does help.

Well what do you have at the moment that you are replacing?? Would help a lot. Without that info though I would go for the gpu and PSU if you have a decent m&kb at the moment but thats just me.

ok, its a gaming/ video editing/video encoding, that i bought recently, so i dont currently have a gpu and i am running off onboard graphics.
the power supply i have at the moment is not 8- plus, and is only set for the minimum wattage about for the gpu.
the case is a cheapy but will fit the GPU, (just)
the mouse and keyabord at the moment is another cheapy i got when the old one started bugging out, but it works, only cheap and not for gaiming.
spec:
CPU:Intel i3 2120 ( i intend to later upgrade to i5 3570k)
PSU: casecom 450w (cheapo with the 20 pound case)
MOBO: ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3
RAM:Crucial 1x4Gb 1600mhz
HDD:seagate 1tb 7200rpm + seagate 120gb 7200Rpm
SSD: SanDisk 64Gb (boot and main apps)

IMO the I3 will hold back a 660ti.

A better pairing would be a 660. A Corsair CX500 is more than up to the job tbh.

i dont care about the Case, Its the keyboard, that there is only a limited stock for, and they wont get any more stock back in (most likely since its last years model)

I personally would not get the Razer Blackwidow 2012 Ultimate as the 2013 Edition is better, Matt finish instead of cheap looking gloss, Better anti-ghosting and generally as it's more up to date.

I've had/have both 2012 and 2013 Editions and the 2013 is far better IMHO.

the only reason im getting 2012 is because of the blue backlit instead of green, i want blue and that keyboard is the only keyboard to have all the features i want

Tbh you should care about your case as it is all important for the cooling if your components, I would get a psu ASAP, unless you want to risk losing your whole rig through a poor psu failing, as for the keyboard there are much better out there like a cm storm QuickFire rapid or trigger and I'd suggest black or brown switches

but, blue switches have the clicks :P i want the clicks, and if not then do you know of another keybaord that has a blue backlit, detached number pad (but still has the number pad) mechanical, and sold in the UK

The 2013 has the same clicks, It uses different switches, MX Brown instead of MX Blue or Red but the sound difference between the 2012 and 2013 editions is near zero, Still the same tactile clicky feedback :)

*EDIT*

And look, Razer looks sexiest in Green
