What nvidia gpu ?

Debating what graphics card to purchase for 1920x1080 gaming and streaming on twitch. Don't plan on upgrading my monitor to 4k anytime soon and was considering the 1070/1070ti but the small price difference for the 1080 is making me hesitant. :confused:
 
it'll do on kinda normal stream quality on 30fps, for just 1080p gaming a 1070/ti or 1080 will do you absolutely fine.

With that CPU you can run any GPU.

As to what you are looking at

1070
1070 Ti
1080

All these cards offer roughly the same bang for buck. If you are planning on not upgrading again for a long time the 1080 being the fastest will last longest.

If you plan on upgrading in the near future the 1070 being the cheapest is the one to go for.
 
Thanks for all the feedback. Any brands you guys could recommend?. Really like the look of the zotac cards but was unsure on performance 1070/1080 and what is best value for the money ?.
 
Go for whatever cooler looks the best to you in all honesty. Every card clocks the same, what makes them different is looks, temps, noise. Some cards can clock higher than others but for gaming the difference between 2000mhz and 2100mhz is virtually nothing.
 
I really like the look of the zotac amp edition 1070. Always been with gigabyte usually but had 2 cards die on me :(. Opinions on zotac ?
 
Personally I like Zotac. Have a pair of their 980s in my backup PC, and a pair of 1080TIs (reference, non-Amp) in my main rig. They've been rock solid. I can't speak to their support since I've never had to use it, but I found Zotac to be the best "bang for the buck" at the higher end.
 
I personally like like Palit for Nvidia cards here in the UK. I know they have a main hub here but I have not had any issues with the products I have bought from them so never needed to submit an RMA. I'm very pleased with my GTX 1080 Jetstream :)

I have the Palit Jetstream 1080 and just flashed the 2nd bios to 1080 Gamerock Premium "note this card has a dual bios switch so no chance of bricking it as bios 1 is write protected" but you could just use afterburner or Palits Thundermaster to overclock it
