What mic?

VOIP is massively limited so it doesn't really matter which mic you have, it'll be limited for quality anyway.

Youtube may benefit, but I doubt you could buy anything with noticeable difference for £20.

You'd probably be best just saving a bit of money and getting a directional mic from Maplin or somewhere.

And It's worth mentioning that if you ever start to make it on YouTube, it's worth researching a ''proper'' mic setup, with a interface/mixer and something like a shure SM58 since it does sound WAY better than anything USB...
 
Get a usb condensor mic! Those things are great. AT, Blue and Samson mics are great but a tad more expensive :p I think the cheapest one is like 50 quid but they're deffinately worth it imo
