I did actually...but you see the thing is, i can listen to it with either the volume down or up

...And i've had a 120mm Delta as a case fan in the past, so i know how they scream But when i've got my headphones on in a game of css...do i hear it...nope (the misus does tho )

I like your sound proofing idea Jim, go with the 220cfm screamer. It'd be easy to use some 10mm foam rubber to soundproof the case, peeps do it without even having a high Db fan in their cases.
