You basically just repeated what I said as to why it is apples to oranges. The point being he did not anywhere in the video state what the requirements are other than it it needs to be faster than our drive and needs testing to validate it. There is no way to validate WD claim as a consumer based off what he said. It is therefore out of turn for WD to speak without some kind of official Sony statement.
Those are his words. So whether or not you think anything faster than 5.5GB/s is enough is on you, his statement still stands, Sony will not be testing until likely after launch and "please hold off getting the m.2 drive until you hear from us". We did not hear from Sony.
