Well, whenever i go into the BIOS and change something for the CPU all the stuff that i changed for the RAM went back to stock and vice versa. Also right after it passes the Windows loading bar thing when its booting i hear a very high pitched beep inside the case that i had never heard before. Thanks in advanced and i look forward to your answers.

Could be a warning from the motherboard that you've OC'd to far, does it do it when on stock clocks? if not then try a smaller OC and see how you go.

Just set it to stock speeds and it still made the beep. Anybody else have any ideas?

All i can think of atm is a bios flash too ensure dual core support and make sure the windows fix is working. Maybe check the bios battery with a DMM.

Tired atm, can't think of much more:(.

If you have the manual for your motherboard their is a chance the beep may be a signal of a problem with the motherboard like on mine three short beeps followed by one long one is a sign of GPU issue.

Does you motherboard have a code readout display?

If so, check if it's displaying an abnormal code when it makes the beep.

If everything is fine, the readout should display "FF".

Does your CMOS battery need to be replaced?
