Weird issue with 3dmark11 and windows 10. When i click start test system lagging.

Hello. So first. My Windows 10 Pro. Fresh installed on SSD Samsung Evo 250 gb. System is fresh and new. Only installed 1 game , fraps ,gpuz and google chrome.
So problem is very weird. Today i downloaded 3dmark 11 . Almost everytime when i run 3dmark11.exe and click run test, my system become unresponsible and laggish. I cant do almost everything. I cant restart system because START button stop working.
Opening some file taking 10 second. I must force hard reset to work properly again system. Almost everytime
when i click run test in 3dmark 11 causing this issue. After long wait i check usage of cpu ,ram and disk and was 0%.
So where is the problem? Software , my disk or ram?
Ram is 2x8gb Hyperx 1600mhz, but memtest86 dont show errors.
HDDTUNE 0 errors.

Check your event viewer in admin settings, what does that say about the state of your running programs at the time, it should give you and us a good idea of what's happening.
