Watercooling help!

Well, i have my new 570 as some of you may know, and im thinking of OC'ing it and i guess on air the fans would be quite high and im thinking of doing the cpu aswell because of the room the case has gatherd a bit on dust in side and and my NH-d14 is quite dusty (6 month old build) so im thinking of w/c for that reason so i do not have to keep taking the cooler of to cleaning it, my i7 is a 4ghz nd might go a little higher if i do w/c, i know there is not going to be much difference in temps thats not what this is about, just something thats easier to clean plus iv always wanted to try water cooling,..My psu draws air from inside the case due to alot of dust build up the other way down and iv noticed that it gets rather warm after a while playing games due to the 570 taking it most of the air in the case (cooler master advanced II, i dnt think ill be upgrading really anytime soon because i think it will take years before my i7 will need replacing.

Should i do both the cpu and gpu or just the gpu i cannot decide...

..sorry for the looong post, any thoughts and opinions are welcome.

If you have the money do both but you will probably want a better case for doing CPU and GPU because you can only get 2 thin 240mm RADs in the 690II and they won't be enough for both. Maintenance wise though you still have to clean out your loop every 6-8 months.

Didnt tom have the same case with two thin rads and was running an overclocked 1100t and a 6950 on water and ran fine which would be similar too this? I'm in the process of creating another rig in the same case which i just picked up and will do the same with an i7 chip or bulldozer and a 6970 which will have this week. If it couldnt handle it could just put a thicker rad at the bottom which would help. Here is another mint pc with a gpu and cpu watercooled in the same case:

That was with a 6970 and a 1100T but the 1100T only ran at 55c max and a i7 will be in the 80's. Tom said in the Fractal ARK review thread that two 240mm rads in the 690 II isn't enough and he only did it because it was a AMD build.

I only watercooled both on Snow Drift because it was AMD and they dont kick out much heat, could NOT have done that rig with a 1366 CPU.

I don't know too much about watercooling myself just what I have learned from Tom's vids and other peoples threads on here, I could be wrong but i'm just going off what I have read.

Got to take into account that Intel chips produce way more heat than AMD chips and that 570's are also on the warm side.

If you put in a 60mm rad in the bottom I think it should be fine. I'm not sure if there is enough space for push pull on it though.
