Water Wetter...

Where can I get some at a decent price and in stock

I been using car battery water for the last few months but im getting a bit of algy in my beutiful pipes which i wanna sort out

Will the watter wetter clear up the slightly misty tubes or will i need to replace them and then just regulalarly use wetter to stop the build up?
