Water cooling pump advice

i plan to water cool my silverstone raven rv03.
i will be cooling my hd 7950 and amd 1090t, i have a double 140mm rad (60mm thick) and 120mm (50mm thick) radiators. i think this should be enough for cooling these.
all i need is a good pump, i'd like to not spend more than £40.
atm im thinking of getting the EK DCP 4.0 800lph 12V from specialtech

i'd also want to have more room for upgrades to the loop maybe a second gpu or radiator. but that is not essential.

today's radiator technology shouldn't be a restriction concern as from days past.
mainly the CPU/GPU blocks are the restrictive pieces (RAM and mobo blocks too).
the lil DDC 350 and 355 are good pumps, but seem to be a lil warm in the housing
and without a heat sink can fail quicker.
the radiator capacity is a lil short on a heater of an overclock on the AMD platform
but it just might (might) pull it off.. only a build can tell..

thanks for the advice.

i'm not sure more cooling is necessary since ttl's gadget show live build (snow drift i believe) had less rad space and similar components (1100t and hd 6950 or 6970?). that being said i will see if i can fit in another rad.
