got the rest of my bits yesterday and made up the loop last night, leak tested it all today and just finished installing it:

the lot isnt finished yet to expect more pics

im probably voiding my warrenty on my radiator by telling this story but: last night while filling the loop the radiator sprung a leak, where the screw holes are it would appear a drillbit went too far and magled some piping, after asking NoL about possible solutions so i could avoid RMA he said solder it up.....so we did, and it worked. untill now when it started leaking again...so i poured more solder in lol. if it leaks again i think ill drain it and pour PVA in there

Alphacool Extreme, think its a black ice jobby. cleared my pm box aswell and thankyou jim i shall keep it in mind if it leaks again

thankyou mullet. looking forward to seeing yours up and running, those EK blocks are sweet. if you need any help with cutting or modding let me and ham know, we've got a ****load of tools, plenty of ideas and both our dads have spent their lives either model-making or electrical engineering

my dremel is gonna see some service next week (am busy doin a bathroom refit at the moment...included relocating the undeground soil pipe)....not my idea of fun plumbing tho!
