2) Biostar Tforce6100 Skt 939 mATX Mobo

Both of these boards are proven overclockers and have built in memtest. I have ordered a Skt 754 for myself and paired it with a 2800+ Sempron 256K cache for a nice cheap overclocked system for everyday use/light gaming. Definitely worth being looked into.

The colour scheme is very 'loud' But they're sooo cheap and would help make an ideal rig for my kids, as an upgrade from their ageing PIII 600Mhz.

Thats a great idea PV... 600mhz P3 doesn't sound like a tempting machine to want to get on at all. A nice Sempy system on the other hand would be much nicer

ROFL agreed, although it does ok with it's current workload - surfing kids websites (Wiggles etc), playing their music CD's and very very light gaming on the onboard graphics.
