anybody slightly close to me will already know that I have been raving about this for the last few days. Me and a few mates have booked up tickets to go to the V festival in stafford this august.

bands playing are great, check out this link for full details http://www.vfestival.com/lineup.html

bands such as bloc party (dave love em), radiohead, ordinary boys, keane, kasabian, editors, razorlight and so many more. im so excited :D

we got preliminary tickets but the official ones went on sale today and sold out within an hour!!

if any sx'ers can get hold of a pair of tickets...i'll see ya thr ;)

ooh does look like a rather tasty line-up. Only ever done glastonbury before (was a couple of miles from where i grew up so went most years) but in it's absence i might have been tempted if was a bit more on the ball.

Can't really be bothered running the second hand/tout gauntlet so looks like it might be an armchair jobbie. Have fun :)
 
woooo, so many great acts. fatboy slim is always a great dj, he may not get his mixing spot on everytime, but he knows how to party. kasabian are wicked too, not that there from my home town. faithless, razorlight, groove armada are all not to be missed. think i might have to try and get some tickets.

A little village near wells and about as close to pilton as glastonbury is. Used to get cheapy tickets for being a local student but don't think they still do those now it has massive fences and sells out every year. Stewarded once which was more fun then i was expecting but it's practically impossible to even get a place doing that any more.
