VSR, saves me pennies, lots of pennies.

I've been using my old HD7950, in my media rig, which is connected to a 5 year old 50" Samsung plasma TV, and slowly over the weeks I've been becoming more and more disappointed with the picture quality, that was up until the new AMD driver, and VSR, and my god, what a difference a driver makes.

I didn't have the 4k option, only up to 1440, but that is like night and day. I can now see what all the fuss is about with going from 1080 to 1440 for gaming, I'm going to switch of, Eyefinity, in the morning, and try it on a single display, as I get the 4K option on my main rigs monitor, and those pennies I'm saving, might get spent still on a monitor upgrade.

Downsampling is nice but it's not as nice aas actually going from a 1080P display to a 1440P display

Better than nothing and it's a free visual upgrade so why not use it when you can?^_^
