Vote on COD4 servers

Would it be possible to enable vote on the COD4 servers?

I know it gets abused, but it sucks when there is nothing you can do when you have some low life idiot aim botting. Like now, some guy Digital Killer, aim botting and it just ruined the server, so i came to ask
