Volt-modding GDDR3

I got my nice shiny 7800GT card in this morning (in a well-bashed box, but thats another story) and have started looking at volt-mods for it (its not even IN my rig yet- thats a bad sign, isnt it?!)

What chips are used for GDDR3, and how well do they scale with voltage?

I know all of this is looking into the future a bit- I dont know how far I can push this card so I dont have any goals, but its always nice to know for future reference.

1.3 is stock voltage 1.4v is safe air 1.5-1.6 is safe water 1.6 -1.8v is safe extreme cooling.

LOL...yup i saw that thread. Will GDDR3 still scale with those voltages though? Is it like BH5- just keeps goin, or like TCCD- above 2.85-2.9 theres no point?

On the GTX's I have vdimm mods and increases from 2.1 to 2.4v brings with it some great overclock results.

Above 2.5v provides instability and worse clocks - therefore I would say it's more like TCCD than BH5 or UTT.
