Vertex 450 vs. Corsair Neutron

Been looking to get a 2nd SSD, 240gb+, and I'm down to a fight between the Vertex 450 Series 256 and the Corsair Neutron Series 256.

Price wise, the Corsair is only £6 more expensive than the OCZ, but I've been hearing very good things about the OCZ's new controller. I already have a Corsair 120Gb Force 3 that performs very well.

So, do any of you guys have any advice/guidance between the two?

OCZ went bankrupt and were bought out by toshiba.... I wouldnt touch ANYTHING with an OCZ badge

pretty sure that OCZ ssd would be covered with Toshiba's warranty but I wouldn't risk it at all tbh.

Well the (higher spec but slightly smaller) Corsair Neutron GTX 240gb is on Amazon with £40 off atm, so, I think it's pretty much a done deal for me on this one.
