Vapochill Vs Chieftec full-tower

Evening ppl, I`m having a fun Saturday night trying to fit my Vapochill gear into the top of a Chieftec full-tower case, only...it aint happenin. Any advice, tips.... anything???

I foolishly put the new style of evap head on it before trying this, would have been sooo much easier if id left it stripped, but cant be bothered taking it apart.

Am prob gonna have to take a Jigsaw to the centre divide on the case to help the evap hose get to the CPU, but need a way of getting the gear in in the first place.

Thanks a lot,

Kenny

P.S.... How much can be evap hose be bent or flexed? I know that if the hose is above the compressor, condensation forms, but what else should I be aware of?

Hmm, I once saw one, so it is possible, but the problem is getting the hose down, no idea how to do that... Will you post pictures when you're done?

Of course I will :) Assuming I find a way...

Edit: Seriously stuck for finding a way to get the Vapo into the Chieftec, am assembling the Vapo in the Asetek case to at least know its working fine.

Hopefully next week a Jigsaw can be taken to the Chief` which *should* make things a bit easier. Will keep y`all updated on that.

Have found some unexpected problems with the Vapo assembly as it is, might do a write-up of that as well, with lots of juicy pics :)

right... pics of what wont fit would help... but i forbid you to go back to the enlight case ...

google project black ice... its what u want to do... but i cant find any pics... was done a few years ago, so host seems to have gone :(

That nasty big plate is gettin in the way of the Evap hose and head.

The shaded rectangle with the smiley is gettin cut out so I got access to the back of the CPU socket.

I`m also a wee bit worried bout the placement of the whole Vapo in the top in relation to where the socket is. i`m a wee bit worried the condenser is gonna be sticking out the front, cos I cant move the hose enough to get the whole assembly further back in the case.
