UT3 + Athlon 3200+ @ 2.64 GHz = Fail????

hey guys i was playing ut3 today and i noticed i got huge lag FPS going from 10-25 is and stays at that rate highest i could catch was around 35/40 but the weird thing is a while ago 5 months a longer i was playing this game @ max and it would stay around 50/60 fps but it never would drop to 10 fps does this mean my cpu degrades himself after almost 7 years that it was in use

Couple of questions that might help locating your problem:

What voltage have you been running it at?

Have you noticed any higer temps recently (either the CPU or GPU)?

Any background programs using up CPU/memory?

its running at a voltage of 1.55v and last time i cleaned PC whas 3 weeks ago or less and my temps are completely fine and i didnt had any background programs on

Maybe a re-install will help.

If you're playing online, maybe there's some network lag.
