i was wandering considering the chipsets ect. if i bought a PCI-E motherboard would i be able to use a apg card on it and be able to fully utalise the APG's bandwidth and use it to its full capacity

Pretty much as enVias said ^

However, i have heard of motherboard that have both PCI-E and AGP - but they are not very good.

Also there is an AGP to PCI-E adapter being released soon (or maybe its already released) - but i havn't heard anything about that either.

yeah it was supposed to be released by albatron and the mobos which xms said they work but the agp slot isn't good at all but you can use it and then ugprade to pci e

There is an adapter, however it makes the cards too high up to actually fit in the case.. :(

Im sure you cld use a 6800 but youd have to like ziptie it every which way, and take off the front metal part.

atually bl it int the length that maters, it needs to be thin widthways. so even a 6200 wd be out of the question.

^ Yeah it has to be whats normally described as a "Low Profile" card. Normally used in small desktop cases.

And think again if u think you're gonna get a card capable of playing anything other than 'Tomb Raider I' in low profile format.

me love tomb raider

When i was immature (still am) i remember finding a patch on the net so that Lara Croft would have her titties out during the game.
