usb soundcard via hdmi?

Well, in another site they told me that amd hd cards have their own soundcard within.

That depends on how you define soundcard. But important is were the digital signal is processed to analog. Basically if you use the digital output of a 200 Buck soundcard or the onboard soundcard it's exactly the same (except for maybe equalizing etc.). If you connect exclusivly via hdmi the sound is always "generated" in the output device, in this case the TV.

Soundcard is the device which run/process the sound.

What do you mean "the 200$ soundcard is the same with onboard"? I have checked sound(not with tv speakers, of course) via a Creative card and via an onboard, there was difference.

If I connect via hdmi the sound is generated or just exits, to the tv speakers?

If you checked both soundcards with the analog output there will be arguably a difference, wich in my opinion often (not always) reflects sound design rather than quality.
If you reread my previous post again, you should see that I wrote "If you use the digital output...". Look up digital audio signal and maybe you will understand the principle behind it.

What do you mean "analogue output"?
One thing is sure, better speakers utilize better a soundcard.
I didnt check with the cheap tv's speakers, if this is what u mean.
