US D.O.D to Block Youtube Access to all Non US Terminals Within its Network

The Defense Department is scheduled to cut off access to YouTube and other video-sharing sites on all of its overseas computers, according to Stars & Stripes.

Would the motive behind this control have something to do with morale of the troops or to censor them??

This Move does have a aura of hypocrisy as Branches of the US military have began using Youtube as a recruitment tool
